Food and Drink

Cafe Seren

Offering everything from a slap up breakfast, to a rounded lunch, or a hearty evening meal, Seren sources all their ingredients locally, everything’s organic and awfully tasty.

Fairtrade Coffee, teas and soft drinks are also available along with (very) alcoholic “choc-tails” made with a liqueur of your choice.

Perhaps food first then cider next time, eh?!

Yam the Cassava Creole

Described in 2008 as “the best food at any festival… ever” and patronised by the likes of Robert Plant, Yam the Cassava are set to return in ‘09, offering three different Gumbo’s each day, accompanied by very moreish fritters - and of course, everything made with the best organic ingredients.

Pan.De.Mania Stone Baked Pizzas

Seriously, stone-baked pizzas!! All fresh ingredients, yummy!

A full sized wood burning pizza oven might sound impossible in the middle of a field, but the result is proper Italian style, fresh pizzas that melt in your mouth. And even the wood in the stove is responsibly sourced, and of course all ingredients are local and organic.

Fairs Fayre Sarnies

Ideal for a quick snack, long-time friends of Croissant Neuf, Fairs Fayre will be offering a selection of sarnies and soft drinks to make sure you can keep dancing singing and whatever else you fancy doing long into the night.

Sheperds Sheep’s Milk Ice Cream

If you need to cool down from the sun, the dancing or perhaps the prawn gumbo then the locally made Sheperds Sheep’s Milk Ice Cream is definitely the way to go.

Hurricane Coffee

The small, but perfectly formed Hurricane Coffee van will be onsite to provide that quick boost of caffeine to get you started in the morning or refreshing cup of afternoon tea, accompanied by muffins, cookies and a variety of condiments.

Water, water everywhere..

But at CNSP all of the Tap Water on site is actually pure welsh water - completely chlorine free!
