1.) Can we park next to our campsite to unload our tents and camping gear?

Unfortunately we cannot allow vehicles into the camping area, however the campsite is extremely close to the car park and we also provide wheelbarrows and trolleys to aid transport of equipment from the car park to the camping areas. If you require further assistance one of our members of staff will be more than willing to help, don’t hesitate to ask!

2.) Will there be day tickets available to buy on the gate?

Yes, we are offering day pass tickets at £30 per day. They will be available from the box office at the site entrance. We do advise you contact us in advance though to check there are any left for each of the days. Day tickets must be paid for in cash, unfortunately we cannot accept credit/debit cards.

3.) Can I arrive on Thursday?

We cannot allow public onto the site until 10:00am on Friday morning. This is due to the conditions of our license.

4.) What is the latest I can buy a ticket?

Our ticket vendors will cease selling tickets at midnight on Thursday the 14th of August. Day tickets will be available there after (see above).

5.) I would like to offer my services as a worker on site, how do I apply to volunteer?

We now have a full rosta of crew for this years event and wont be requiring any further help. If you wish to be included on our database for future reference please sent you name, age and address to info@partyneuf.co.uk.

6.) How big is the festival?

The Croissant Neuf Summer Party is an intimate boutique festival that has a warm family feel. Our license only allows 1500 people on site which adds to the incredibly safe and welcoming atmosphere.

7.) How do I find the site?

When you purchase a ticket you will receive an e-mail that has all the relevant information you need within it. A postcode for the site, which can be used to find a Google map, will be amongst the info. We cannot reveal the exact location of the site unless you have purchased a ticket.
