Site

Our party is situated in a beautiful rural setting near Usk, Monmouthshire. For nine months of the year it is home to lots of sheep and cattle. It also incorporates a national heritage site, so please be respectful and stay within the designated event areas.

Campervans and Caravans

There will be no extra charge for live-in vehicles or caravans at the Croissant Neuf Summer Party. The designated campervan area is of a limited size so if you are thinking of turning up in anything over 6metres long please contact us before purchasing your ticket. Also please inform us in advance if you wish to camp with other members of your party that are in tents. Our campsite staff will make every effort to maximize your camping comfort.

Luxury Yurt Hire

2008 sees a collaboration between Avalon Yurts and Croissant Neuf, providing high class accommodation on site (as recommended by the Sunday Times). Yurts range in size and price and can be arranged to order. For more information please visit www.avalonyurts.co.uk

Toilets

All toilets on site are fully serviced twice a day to ensure you have a pleasant experience whilst upon the throne. Regular checks will be made to make sure each cubicle is stocked with hand cleaner and fresh toilet paper.

Showers

There will be solar showers on site provided by Spiral Sun

Animals

Unfortunately we cannot accept any animals on site, be it dogs, cats, pandas, llamas, walruses or any other type of mammal! Any that are found will be removed along with their owners.

Food

Croissant Neuf strive to keep all food onsite 100% organic and locally sourced. Cafe Seren and Fayres Fair Cafe serve high quality organic food at reasonable prices throughout the event. The Stagger Inn supplies a range of organic beers, cider, wines and spirits along with a full compliment of traditional pub snacks. We also have an oven baked pizza stall that makes fresh organic pizzas to order, definitely not to be missed!

Kids

We provide a fully staffed kids area on site that offers a wide range of activities to keep children of all ages happy. More information on the Whats On.

Disabled Access

Most of the site is wheelchair friendly (although please do bear in mind that it is in a field which may be rough and/or boggy). We do endeavor to ensure that the C.N.S.P is accessible to everyone. The Main Venue has a specific area for wheelchair users and all the other venues are easily accessed. A disabled toilet will be provided.

Glass

Glass on site will not be permitted. Please bring cans or plastic bottles instead. Remember the site is home to livestock and we wouldn not want any of them to end up being hurt after the event has finished. Remember to recycle.

First Aid

The fully qualified Emergency Response Team will be on site for the duration of the festival along with a fully staffed ambulance. We also provide fully trained first aiders should you require them. They will be located centrally at the festival in their own first aid tent.

Rubbish

Recycling points and bins will be provided around the site – please use them. Remember its home to livestock when we are not there, (who are very vulnerable to even small objects left in the grass) so please put all cigarette butts and ring pulls etc in the bins provided.

Fires

We ask that people do not light fires in the camping areas out of respect of for the land and for health and safety reasons. There will be a fully stewarded communal bonfire in the main events arena every evening.
