1.) Can we park next to our campsite to unload our tents and camping gear?

Unfortunately we cannot allow vehicles into the camping area, however the campsite is extremely close to the car park and we also provide wheelbarrows and trolleys to aid transport of equipment from the car park to the camping areas. If you require further assistance one of our members of staff will be more than willing to help, don’t hesitate to ask!

2.) Will there be day tickets available to buy on the gate?

Yes, day tickets will be available as we get nearer to the event. They will be available from the box office at the site entrance and also online. We do advise you contact us in advance though to check there are any left for each of the days. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit/debit cards at the gate.

3.) Can I arrive on Thursday?

Yes, our gates open to the public for camping from 4pm on Thursday 13th August.

4.) What is the latest I can buy a ticket?

Unless tickets sell out our ticket vendors will cease selling tickets at midday on Thursday the 13th of August. Day tickets will be available there after (see above).

5.) I would like to offer my services as a worker on site, how do I apply to volunteer?

There will soon be a downloadable application form for anyone who wishes to become a volunteer available from the website.

6.) How big is the festival?

The Croissant Neuf Summer Party is an intimate boutique festival that has a warm family feel. We only allow 2000 people on site which is a major factor in the incredibly safe and welcoming atmosphere.

7.) How do I find the site?

When you purchase a ticket you will receive an e-mail that has all the relevant information you need within it. A postcode for the site, which can be used to find a Google map, will be amongst the info. Please take a look at our Getting There page for extra info.
