Ticketing Queries
I’ve paid for my tickets, but have not received a confirmation email or information email about the festival, what do I do?
When you purchase your ticket you should receive a confirmation email with a booking reference, details about the tickets you have bought, information about the festival, arrival times, location of the site etc. If you have not received this please get in touch by contacting [email protected]
Will there be day tickets available?
Yes, day tickets will be available as we get closer to the event both online and onsite from the festival box office. Further information on price and availability will be posted on our Tickets page from the end of June. Please note we cannot accept debit/credit cards at the gate. All tickets bought at the gate are CASH ONLY. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
When is the latest I can buy a ticket?
We will cease selling online weekend tickets at midnight on 8th August (subject to availability). Day tickets will be on sale online until midnight on the 10th.
Weekend and day tickets will be available to buy on the gate over the entire weekend (subject to availability), please note we can only accept cash sales and have no facilities to process credit/debit cards or cheques.

I’ve forgotten to get a car park pass / live-in vehicle pass. What can I do?
Car park passes and live-in vehicle passes must be purchased in advance; please see our Tickets page for further information. Please do not arrive at the festival with a campervan or caravan if you have not pre-purchased a pass. Passes are limited, we cannot guarantee space will be available and may have to turn you away.
